Processes, systems, and the people doing the work

Your business has grown.
Have your processes kept up?

I help owners of growing production and hands-on businesses make work more predictable, reduce waste, and free up time to run the company.

I work directly with your team, improving the physical processes and the systems supporting them.

Another turning point

The order was ready.
The information wasn’t.

Every custom order meant searching for specifications, checking prices, and entering information again. Connecting the software was only part of the change. The harder part was getting the sales team to embrace it.

    Find the constraint

I follow actual jobs, talk with your team, and examine the processes and systems behind delays, rework, and lost capacity.

  2. 02 · Agree on priorities

    Choose what matters

You get findings, a practical roadmap, and the reasoning behind the priorities, including estimated impact where the evidence supports it.

  3. 03 · Implement

    Put it into practice

You can use the roadmap internally or bring me back to help change layouts, responsibilities, workflows, and software connections.

Why Metrics Factory

I understand both sides
of the operating problem.

I’ve spent 30 years at the executive level, with experience across manufacturing, production, engineering, sales, technology, and business ownership.

I know what it means to watch a schedule slip on the floor and then make the decisions about staffing, equipment, customers, and cash that follow.

My work connects those perspectives. I spend time with the people doing the work, help the owner choose priorities, and stay involved as the changes take shape.

A good fit

For owners who are
in the messy middle.

I work with growing manufacturers, fabricators, distributors, contractors, and field operations where people, equipment, materials, and information need to work together.

Service area: I work on site with businesses within about 150 miles of Sacramento, California.

You may have ten employees or a hundred. What matters is that recurring problems are consuming capacity, the owner is too involved in daily intervention, and the team is ready to participate in making changes.
